Hens parties, birthdays and private celebrations in Geelong.

We bring the whole studio to you — ingredients, glassware, timber, linen and someone to run the table — so all your group has to do is turn up and start blending.

Formats

Two ways to run it.

Every session follows the same rhythm — pour, mix, feel — but the length and the styling shift depending on what the day needs to feel like.

60–90 mins · From 15 guests

The Blending Bar

Our most relaxed format. A styled table that guests drift up to when they feel like it — perfect alongside grazing, drinks or an existing event.

  • One jar per guest
  • Runs alongside whatever else is happening
  • Ideal for weddings, engagements and larger parties
90 mins · 6–20 guests

The Signature Session

The full experience, seated and hosted. We walk the group through the ingredients, the scent pairings and the blending, then everyone finishes and labels their own jar.

  • Hosted start to finish
  • Scent and colour guidance for every guest
  • Ideal for hens, milestone birthdays and private workshops

Not sure which one suits your group? Tell us the occasion and numbers in the enquiry form and we will recommend a format and send pricing.

Hens & bridal showers

A hens activity nobody has done before.

It sits neatly in the middle of a hens day — long enough to feel like a proper activity, calm enough that everyone can still talk, and it produces a genuinely nice keepsake instead of a novelty prop.

It works just as well the morning after as it does before lunch, and it suits a mixed group — the bride's school friends, her aunt and her future mother-in-law all end up at the same table comparing jars.

  • 01We set up at your house, holiday rental, winery or venue
  • 02Personalised labels for the bride, or for every guest
  • 03A finished jar each — the take-home favour is built in
  • 04Pack-down included, so the space is left as we found it

Birthdays & girls' days

Something to do, not just somewhere to sit.

Booking a table for eight is easy. Finding something for eight people to actually do together in Geelong is harder. This gives the group a shared thing to make, a reason to lean across the table, and a jar each on the way out.

Popular for milestone birthdays, baby showers, mothers' day, farewells and any weekend that needed a plan.

Weddings

A favour your guests make themselves.

A blending bar sits quietly at the edge of a reception or engagement party and does two jobs at once: it entertains guests during the gaps, and it replaces the favour that usually gets left on the table.

We style the bar to your palette, print labels in your typeface and run the whole thing so nobody in the wedding party has to think about it.

Good to know

Questions we get asked.

Where can you set up?

Private homes, holiday rentals, cafés, wineries, function rooms, salons and studios across Geelong, the Bellarine, the Surf Coast and greater Melbourne. All we need is a table, a power point nearby is a bonus, and enough room for guests to sit or stand comfortably.

How many people do you need?

Sessions run from 6 guests up to 50 — micro-wedding size. Anything larger is very doable — we just split the group into rotations so everyone still gets proper time at the table.

How long does it take?

Between 45 minutes and 2 hours depending on the format. Setup takes us about 30 minutes before guests arrive and pack-down about 20 minutes after — both are included, not extra.

Is it messy?

Less than you would think. Everything happens on trays and linen, and we take all of it away with us.

Can we drink while we blend?

Absolutely. Most sessions have a glass of something in play. We are happy to run alongside a grazing table or a venue's own food and drink service.

How far ahead should we book?

Weekends between October and April book out first, so 6–8 weeks ahead is comfortable. Last-minute dates are always worth asking about — we do sometimes have a gap.

Are the ingredients suitable for sensitive skin?

We use simple, recognisable ingredients and list every one of them so guests can see exactly what goes in. If anyone in your group has a known sensitivity or allergy, tell us in the enquiry and we will set their station up without it.

Tell us the date and we will take it from there.

Send through your numbers, your venue and roughly what you are picturing.
